2. Theoretical and Conceptual Foundations of International Management

3. Theories of Internationalization

4. Strategic Management in International Firms

The participants will be confronted with typical management problems of international firms. The participants will get to know modern theories and methods of international management and will be able to apply these to practical problems.

Assessment:

Presentation and class participation (Winter term)

Seminar paper (Summer term) [max. of 15 pages and 5 ppt]. The working period starts with the receipt of the topic and lasts 14 days (15.06.2020 – 28.06.2020). Interested students must register for the seminar paper by writing an e-mail to marcus.conrad@fau.de by 30.05.2020 and by registering for the examination via MeinCampus during the exam registration period.
