Last week, the Department of International Management had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Mai Nguyen for a doctoral seminar. Dr. Nguyen is an award-winning scholar whose work bridges psychology, intercultural management, and cultural neuroscience.

In an intensive, interactive, and inspiring three-day seminar, Dr. Nguyen demonstrated how culture, environment, biology, and genetics interact to shape human behavior. She highlighted how insights from neuroscience can enrich leadership practices, foster diversity and inclusion, support change management and bias reduction, contribute to de-polarization and neuro-education.

We sincerely thank Dr. Nguyen for generously sharing her expertise and knowledge with us and for inspiring us with fresh perspectives on our own research.
