European International Business Academy Conference
Christina Kempf and Tassilo Schuster participated in the 44th European International Business Academy (EIBA) Conference which took place in Poznań, Poland from 13.12- 15.12.2018. Christina presented a poster on her joint research project “Do cross-cultural simulations matter?” together with Prof. Mikael Sondergaard from Aarhus University.
Tassilo presented the recent paper “Psychological contract violations during international assignments: the moderating role of emotional deprivation” which he wrote together with Katharina Bader (Georg-August-University, Göttingen) and Benjamin Bader (Leuphana University of Lüneburg).
