We are excited to share that one of our latest research studies by Professor Dr. Dirk Holtbrügge, Theresa Bernhard and Luisa Wicht on AI in higher education has just been published in The International Journal of Management Education.
The study constitutes an exploratory field study and is one of the first empirical investigations into the integration of an AI-enhanced video course in management and international business education. Moving beyond conceptual debates, the study evaluates how students perceive and use AI-supported video learning in a real classroom setting. Our findings indicate that AI tools can personalize learning, boost student engagement, and support culturally diverse learners, for instance, by reducing communication barriers. Our study provides practical insights for educators who are interested in inclusive and effective AI applications.
